What is a split air-conditioning forced hot air system?  

In short, it’s a combination of a gas fired furnace with a single cooling coil installed on top of the furnace attached to new or existing duct work connected to a set of refrigerant piping that connects to a condenser matching the cooling capacity of the coil and the CFM (cubit ft/min) of the fan inside the furnace.
